4-18-11.City Outlook Update.4-18-11.Mayor F.Schorr, Please be reminded,this decade plus has been a costly disaster for this residency, the ramifications still being dealt with at present. In case no one thought of it, it is impossible to run a normal residency with efficiency, with chronic, routine stalking, harassment, trespassing, banging, threatening, taunting. blasting,etc.,etc., among other things,   protected and cleared by salaried cops who could just leave and go home where they would never put up with any of this where they live.The inner city agenda of 'in the past', 'nothing going on', 'no issues', is lame considering emails had/have to be sent to a large amount of people and organizations outside the city to keep law enforcement and the city from acting up and letting the S/Ws loose with protection. It is just as lame as the S/Ws still loudly complaining that they were/are the victims.That's pretty much down to they can be looked at and they don't like the fence. Both parties act like nine years old who think if they lie and verbalize it,it will be true.This kind of only works in both small circles There are people outside these two circles who watch and  get it.Blaming,vilifying, and slandering this residency are not the solution. It is entirely too vapid that anyone would think to continue this as good agenda cover up.Gee Whiz, Thank you.To be continued:
4-19-11/LHP/ 4-19-11.City of LHP: What laws were used by the LHPPD to keep the S/Ws stalking, harassing, trespassing, threatening, taunting,lying, banging, blasting. etc.,etc.,etc.for the first five and one half years? What laws was the Chief using for the next three and on half years to clear the S/Ws and their cops and to keep the situation going at a lesser rate? What laws were used to disregard the Sett.Agree./Injunction which could have stopped it right then? Det./Officer Larry Hawkins is one of the most well publicized, decorated Officers in LHP history. What laws was he using? There's been a lot of juvenile belligerency in keeping this situation going and constant evasiveness in explaining why.Whose idea was it that there wouldn't be any complaining about all this?The S/Ws have been continually protected and cleared for over a decade to just start up again. They would if they could. Mindset. If it wasn't for the emailings,...................................
2-3-14.Mayor F.Schorr/Questions Before you leave office, could you answer some basic, realistic,administrative questions regarding law enforcement and City activities during your Mayoral/Administrator years in office and under your watch.The evasiveness regarding actual facts by all involved is more than obvious.If you don't 'want' to explain what your administration, law enforcement and City, was doing, who explains for you?

Questions:What laws were law enforcement and the City using to keep the S/Ws screaming, banging, and blasting from 1993 until the end of 1999? The Ohs and Thompsons were very aware of this then. All work with the inner workings of the City.
What laws were law enforcement and the City using to keep the S/Ws screaming, banging, and blasting, etc.,etc.,from1999 until they moved at the end of 2011?What  are law enforcement and the City saying this residency did wrong from the end of 1999 until the end of 2011? 
There was a substantial decrease in the S/Ws harassing and stalking in the last two years, but they were continually yelling,threatening,and taunting that they would. There was no real release for this residency until they actually sold their house, moved, and after a few months, it didn't seem as if they would continue to cause trouble from outside this City using this City.The disregarded and thwarted Sett. Agree.was in effect until the S/Ws actually vacated the property.They violated every part of it. This residency was left dangling as procedure.There has been no direct communication with this residency as to what was going on, only the S/Ws had not and were not doing anything wrong.The three and a half years spent stuck talking to the Chief. approx., 05-08, while this was still going on, produced that explanation. All this has already been discussed on the Website with Audio and the two Blogs. Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca needs to address the decade plus situation in his own City. He ran for office on' ethics'. He should not have an unethical,illegal mess in his own City, especially at that length and level.This was going on before and while he was campaigning against others. All aspects have been discussed in the sent posted emails in the website with Audio and the two Blogs below.There are no excuses for the situation.

2-4-14/To those in charge 2-4-14. Mayor Schorr, Laraine Schorr, Incoming Mayor G. Troast, Mr.J.Lavisky, Broward County Commissioner C.La Marca, LHP Commissioner S.Johnson,Please be reminded that this residency expects reimbursement and damages.No one spends the entire decade of their 50's being screamed,at, threatened,banged at, and blasted out, etc., etc.,by trespassers, with constant harassing police patrol visits from them, because goofy cops said it was OK.See Audio  and two Blogs.lighthousepointflorida.net/It wouldn't have happened to any of you
And none of you would have had to spend all that time and expense trying to stop it all.
The Attorney Request for just reimbursement and protection was arrogantly denied, as arrogantly as the whole mess was enabled to continue.The Broward County Circuit Court Document was in effect until the S/Ws actually vacated the property. The S/Ws violated every part of it.There have been numerous requests for  accountability of the laws the City and law enforcement used to enable and protect this mess. There aren't any.

MacLean Involvement/ Get into last posting LHPmess2-7-14.To date, here has not been the response from LHP City Attorney, M.Cirullo. .The last time he was contacted over this, things did not go well.The situation remains unresolved, unexplained, and unsatisfactory, to say the least.This is Keeper Days' Weekend.  Attorney Fred MacLean is one of the honorees. In the beginning years of all this when things were outrageously daily horrific, he was contacted for help and given the same tapes given to the Judge for the Circuit Court Civil Suit which was in progress.That went on for sometime. It didn't matter. The S/Ws continued at that horrific level with their police protection. See Audio website. The sent posted emails explaining that part with Atty.MacLean are available for resending, reposting and copying. Insert dates.That part was also discussed with the Chief during the three years stuck talking to him. 2-7-14.One sent posted email about Atty.F.MacLean and the tapes/frequency he discussed matter with law enforcement and/orCitwww.aseahorse1.blogspot.comwww.aseahorse1.blogspot.com#(14 )2-21-08. No one can figure out how the Starrs/Watrases got the pull to do this for years,no matter what,but it is obvious, it came fom Det.L. Hawkins and Commander Michael Oh.After years of horrific abuse by the S/Ws, with their protection, this residency could no longer be used in any normal way, and I started mailing the tapes to a Sen./Atty.,who did call me, who was representing a city commissioner, and dropping the tapes off at a Real Estate Atty.'s office in Pompono,who lived in LHP I really needed help from somewhere.Approx. 48 hrs.after mailing and dropping off the tapes,the S/Ws would be in their backyard loudly discussing what was on the tapes,after being at the police station I stopped mailing them to the Sen./Atty.,and just dropped them off at the R.E. Atty's office.This went on for at least a year, the tapes being dropped off approx every 3 mos.,sometimes at shorter intervals,approx.48 hrs.later, the S/Ws would be loudly talking about them.The tapes were turned into the Judge and the opposing atty. when trials were to be scheduled,as required, but not on this timetable,or at this frequency,or in these small amounts. The tapes were dropped off as current, in an attempt for help.They were turned in for the civil suit later and in larger amounts.Thank you,Gail Pfistner/Dullenkopf residence 3540 N.E.28Ave.Note: Years ago, the S/Ws demanded that their homeowners insurance policy pay their damages in the pending civil suit. I became aware of this when I got served by the Sheiff's Dept., the S/Ws' insurance co. saying that besides the S/Ws being responsible for their attys.' fees as they continued to bother them about that, so was I, as I was the plaintiff in the civilsuit (?) Another lovely experience in this mess while we were still putting up with what they were being sued for to stop. I didn't reply as I never filed for this,or even thought of filing for that. The insurance co.stopped bothering me.The insurance co. had said no and the S/Ws were really mad about it and yelled alot about it, which we had to hear, and then they yelled a lot more at us because they were mad about that. They pretty much yelled at us about anything, any time they wanted. 2-8-14/annoyance 2-8-14.If anyone is 'annoyed' over the emails, please be reminded, the emailing started at the beginning of the ninth year, to try to get some help from somewhere. Law enforcement and the City had plenty of time to straighten this out in those years before that.The juvenile belligerency of both these parties should cause the annoyance. Anyone stuck with this mess would be complaining.To be contSubject: Fw: 2-10-14/: Exactly who were law enforcement and the City to give these people so much?: 2-10-14.There still has been no reasonable explanation as to why law enforcement and the City gave the S/Ws so much protection and backup to target, harass,and stalk this residency for a decade plus.By the third year, this residency was pretty much closed down for having for anyone on the property.No one could put up with it all. the harassing, stalking, threatening, banging, blasting and the complaints that anyone on the property was bothering them and they could call their police which they did.It has also been discussed over and over in the emails,dates available,that no one was allowed to respond back as the S/Ws were looking for a two party situation.It also has been explained that the S/Ws had plenty of equipment to film or record. So this residency was pretty much closed down except for Andy's daughter, a single mother who needed help and she and the grandchildren were big targets for the S/Ws, and an Uncle and a cousin who would stay for a few days about once a year and try to some  work around the residency and they were targeted etc.etc. and the S/Ws complained and threatened that they were bothering them and they would call their policeExactly who were law enforcement and the City to give the S/Ws  people so much backup and protection?The explanation that the S/Ws were not and had not done anything wrong does not suffice. And again, trying to lie about, vilify, blame, and slander this residency to try to cover up the mess law enforcement and the City made out of this, will not be tolerated.This residency got stuck putting in a lot of expense,time,and work trying to stop all this and all parties .Any lighthouse Point Groupies still loyally trying to defend law enforcement and the City wouldn't have been able to deal with even one month of all this. Again, exactly who were law enforcement and the City to give the S/Ws so much backup and protection? When Mayor F Schorr and then Commission President S.Gordon were put on Attorney notice regarding the problem, the argument was, the City is not responsible for the negligent acts of govt. workers. Paperwork available.The Chief was sent the paperwork by the Attorney for the City.This was illegal and unethical, and just enabled the situation to continue for more years, protecting and clearing those involved.
