However,it was escalating, and at the end of Nov.99, Lori came up to me between the houses and said that Andy had ignored her the day before,-he really hadn't-, and if Andy did not want to hear her screaming, he could move, she could make him move, she could make anyone move, she had made the Thompsons move. The next day,I did ignore her, a really big mistake, and she started screaming that nobody could ignore her, she would not be ignored, and that we would never be able to use this house and yard again.
Then it got really horrific as this residency and anyone here was targeted by her and then by all of the S/Ws who joined in.
At first all the residents thought the S/Ws would be stopped by calling the police and the police would stop them.That didn't happen.
The S/Ws actually were craftier than the City and were able to manipulate the City to do what they wanted them to do.
All this and all the incidents has been discussed, emailed, and blogged blogged, over and over.
Besides putting up with the whole horror show, one of the most insulting aspects was trying to blame this residency for the S/Ws' behavior.The S/Ws' behavior had been witnessed by the above parties for at least 8 years before the S/Ws targeted this residency, along with keeping up with everything else they had been doing all along.The S/Ws found someone else to blame for their behavior, as if they had never done anything wrong before.
That theory and the 'in the past' theory were thought up of by the S/Ws and used by law enforcement. It has already been stated that the S/Ws were smarter and craftier than the City. It has also been discussed that the S/Ws hired razzling, dazzling R. Yates to represent them, a lot of showy stuff ,very little substance. It seems that the early Officers were more interested in appeasing and pleasing him that in helping a LHP residency that really needed help.
Andy refused to sell the house. He had built it with his parents in 1966 and it had been occupied by family ever since.The house could not even be leased out then with all that going on next door.It was bad enough with the S/Ws even before the S/Ws targeted.
There is no excuse for how law enforcement and the City handled all of this.This situation remains unresolved.It might be a good idea to study the facts. People blurting out rhetoric to try to cover all this up don't help and that won't work. To be cont.

Decade plus Situation:
The stalking and harassment, etc.,etc. was too much.
The LHPPD and City enabling and protection of it all was too much.
The expense trying to stop it all was too much.
The wide audience emailing started in the beginning of the NINTH year of all this and was the only way left to try and stop all this while still putting up with it and having already paid too much to try to stop it all.Tens of thousands.With a disregarded Civil Court Document.
it is really noticeable HOW MUCH WORK IT WAS!

It might be a good idea to really study that BLOG.
The whole thing was too much work.
The whole thing was a belligerent waste of life.
There is anticipation as to what LHP will reply in a Civil matter.
The S/Ws moved out at the end of Dec.2011 or legally, at the very beginning of Jan.2012, and this residency was left dangling as it had been left dangling while the S/Ws were still here, probably as leverage and maneuver. New and newer people need to be correctly informed, not misinformed and lied to.

As Incoming Mayor, what do you plan to do about the decade plus situation this residency had to put up with? The Schorrs' corporate connections are good, available ,and and flexible to help do do good things but being a lot more able to pull an an Attorney or Law Firm out of a hat to try to cover something up, especially if it for something really stupid, is not a good idea or endeavor when utilizing this opportunity. Of course, there will be influence after this tenure, but this influence never did and won't solve this problem.The S.Johnson influence was inane and insulting. Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca wasn't going to help. He campaigned on 'ethics for other people' and had to counteract claims of his ineptness.The Chief may have been left under the bus. However, he knew all along it was wrong. Outside influence to keep trying to cover this all up won't work in a Mayoral changing.
This residency had to put up with too much.
Cost was a maneuver.The S/Ws knew the longer and harder they kept it up, the more it would cost this residency. It cost the S/Ws approx. $1,600 a year, a bargain for any sociopaths, for unbridled daily harassment and antics, and they didn't seem or want do anything else anyway, except fight with each other as their daily interaction pattern with other since they moved in, and then, after Nov.99, come after this residency the same way.There isn't a trained psychologist or psychiatrist that would buy their. "We are 'crazy/mental,so we can do what we want!" act. Only dumb,devious patrol officers looking for an easy way out. Lori's screaming tirades were controllable She could and did turn them on and off and did as opportunity called. Only in the heat of those daily family fights, were they possibly unstoppable as there was interaction with the other family members to keep it up. And therapy doesn't work for compulsive sociopaths.It's just an another avenue of manipulation for them.
You have to be really wealthy to stop the S/Ws and their City but it is still really insulting for anyone to have to waste their money on that even with means, when the situation could be so easily fixed.
Andy did not want to go into the retirement money to try to stop the S/Ws and their City. So the money was used that you would have to use in your 50's, the younger, healthier years.This residency had to give up too much. And this residency had to pay. No one else had to pay.I had to give up necessary dental work, expensive jaw malclusion, and a good vehicle.The undone dental work is still a visible scar of the decade, something that is seen everyday. No one else had to pay.The Silvers ended up leaching off of us to pay to try to stop it all and Mr.Silver was practically walking around like a smiling zombie saying everything was all right and the S/Ws never did anything wrong, and not letting anyone on his property vocally criticize the S/Ws so they wouldn't hear any complaints or criticisms of them.The S/W could go heavily after them with their City backup. In the very early years, Mrs.Silver was instrumental in the one disorderly charge against Lori. The three of them, Lori, Mark, John, wanted to go after the Silvers, but Mr.Starr really stopped them and that and instead focused and went went full force against this residency with them.The messy Krutek influence may have had something to do with all that. When the S/Ws finally moved, the Kruteks immediately brought the new owner over to the Silvers to tell Mrs. Silver she didn't have to worry any more.Of course, no one ever said anything like that to us, because officially nothing had ever been done 'wrong'. All of 35th street constantly complained to no avail as the S/Ws had the City and there was a big turnover of owners and renters there who didn't really pull enough influential weight to stop the problem,so they were disregarded as knew they finally would be. Note :Mr Silver now does try to be friendly.But the past has been really bad and things are awkward.
This situation even spawned a copycat, with much less activity, even minor, in comparison, 2010, which took over 6 months to get down.The website, which was put up to try to get help from anywhere and for necessary future referral, does turn out inadvertently to be blueprint on how to harass in LHP and what LHP will do to counteract trying to stop it for anyone with a proclivity to act that way.It was well known this residency had no backup.
THE BLAME.
There are many, many disturbing aspects to this whole thing. One of the worst is, after all the very horrible, unethical, and illegal things that went on, that the avenue/ excuse would be to BLAME this residency!
No residency would put up with that.
The Dullenkopf residency has been here since 1966 as a family dwelling with a lot of relatives and guests. When the S/W started targeting in Nov.99, Andy and no Dullenkopf relative or friend could be seen on this property, as it 'bothered' the S/Ws and they could call their police, besides engaging in the vicious targeted stalking and harassment even with elderly or children here. Andy refused to sell the house no matter what the S/W did and the property certainly could not be leased out with all that going on next door.
The S/Ws took over with their inane law enforcement and City protection.
Any residency would still be complaining.
